Big news from Blackmagic

This week Blackmagic announced a new line of cinema cameras that address many of the requests that filmmakers have urged the company to address the past years.

This includes a move away from the DSLR and ENG-style form factors and the shift to a box-style body with infinite rigging possibilities that so many filmmakers have come to expect.

At a sub $3K price tag with internal 12-bit RAW recording and simultaneous proxies, it is an ultra tempting offer that I'm considering for myself.
